What To Do When You Feel LOST and EMPTY!

The feeling of abandonment, hurt, fear, and loneliness is the worst place anyone can live deep within their feelings. When such feeling arise, many fall into depression and find themselves stuck in a rut with no direction to escaping out. Trust me I myself have felt such feelings for more often than I desired but I REFUSED to stay there for long. 

Pain is a gift. USE IT!

God sends us through obstacles to see if were fit to move on to the next step in life before he gives us any more than we can handle. We are equipped with what we "BELIEVE" we are capable of. Believe More, Receive More!

Majority of my life I lived in a hell of pain with seemingly no end in sight. Living in a middle eastern home, it left me imprisoned in my own mind believing nothing was possible because that was what I was taught.

My environment conditioned me to think that dreams and goals were nonsense because those around me NEVER had a chance to achieve theirs due to some unfortunate events that occurred int their own life. It brought me face to face with my greatest fears. The thought of losing out on life and not being able to ever LIVE! It turned out that my fears were my greatest gifts.

I left the comfort of my family and culture to venture out on my own. I lost support and love from my family due to my decision in making my life better. Because I loved myself more than feeling depressed, I lost love and gained FREEDOM.

I took time to FEEL. I took time to LISTEN to GODS quest for my life. I took time to live out my DREAMS. 

Im a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. Allow your FEARS to drive you. Allow your loneliness to force you to learn and understand yourself and others more. When our minds are clouded with life events and thoughts that we create in our mind, we tend to miss out on things that mean the most. 

Take time to take care of YOU FIRST! Take time to feed what makes your soul smile. I promise it will make life that much more enjoyable. You will then start seeing life in a whole new lenses. You will amaze yourself from your own growth. Stay consistent on this course and it will only get better!

The feelings of emptiness will then VANISH! Trust GOD and the life he has already planned for you before anyone had an option. 

Participate in at least a 20-30min of a physical activity.  When you work out and stay active on a regular basis, it's not just a coincidence that you feel less stressed out, less anxious, and generally happier. It releases happy chemicals into your brain.

Dopamine, a chemical that plays a role in happiness, is a neurotransmitter in the brain that’s necessary for feelings of pleasure and happiness.

Many studies suggest that as we age, we’re constantly losing our stores of dopamine, which is why we need to constantly seek out experiences that release dopamine. 

The best way to increase your brain’s dopamine production? Exercise. So run, lift, jump, play — and get happy.
