I never had weight issues until I had a baby. After the baby, I was unhappy with my appearance. I had an extra 30 pounds that didn't just fall off. I didn't understand how some woman just snap back with no effort but I wasn't one of them. I tried working out on my own but I wasn't getting the results I was looking for. That is when my journey began with Jiyan. She helped me start a path to a healthier, more fit me. She provided me with a meal plan I could actually stick to. She answered all my questions and she has always been there for moral support at the times I wasn't sure I could continue with this healthy journey. I have seen muscle definition that I have never had before & I am now able to make better lifestyle decisions to stay the healthier, fit me that Jiyan helped create. Thank you💋

I feel more confident knowing that my body is getting more toned and those compliments are coming in.At first it was really hard and it still is but every time I look at the my one month progress pictures and see how far I've come, it only pushes me to KEEP GOING. It also helps a lot because Jiyan is such a huge motivator and she push me so much to go the extra mile. I like how hard she is on me and does not let me slack. It's like she's more than a trainer, she actually does care about you individually. The exercises definitely don't get any easier but I do notice how stronger I'm getting in simple exercises that were horrible to do at first, but not I'm KILLING IT! I feel like I can actually accomplish more things in my daily life and now have a lot more energy even when I'm super tired and don't want to do it. I can't wait to continue seeing the improvements in my body and gaining more confidence in myself, which I didn't start off with. Thank you Jiyan! You're the BEST!

Jiyan is absolutely fantastic! She is passionate, caring, knowledgeable, and will push you in the best way possible. My goal starting personal training with Jiyan was to gain muscle mass and to feel healthy again. I have been living with Crohn's Disease for a couple years now and sometimes it can be hard to gain the energy to do anything, along with the unpredictable stomach aches. You never know when you are going to have a good day or a bad day. About a year and a half ago my Crohn's was flaring pretty bad and a lot of times it was extremely hard to leave my apartment. I felt very vulnerable and frustrated. The only time that my stomach would feel close to normal was when I was exercising. I tried to maintain exercise even during the flare up, which lasted about 11 months give or take but it was not easy. I have always exercised ever since I can remember and I love how it makes me feel physically and emotionally. Training with Jiyan has been a huge blessing. She gives me that push that I need and challenges me to see where my body can go. I have not only gained muscle hypertrophy, but have also gained some much needed confidence which is a huge step. This journey has been extremely beneficial and I look forward to seeing what else it brings.
