What will I need for the challenge?


  • Motivated ATTITUDE!
  • 5lb and 10lb or 15lb dumbbells (light AND moderate set)
  • The Xbands Booty Band Starter Kit ( www.thexbands.com | Use code: PFJ1 for 10% off)
    • Any resistance bands will work, but these are preferred
  • Mat




What else do I need to know?


  • Each week's videos will be added the Sunday before that week's workouts begin
  • This challenge can be done anywhere and at anytime.
  • It's home/gym based. It requires no equipment (unless you want to go beastmode add weights like I do :)
  • Tone It 4 is for ALL levels and goals. Whether weight loss or weight gain, this will help tone, tighten and sculpt your body.
    • It's also perfect for busy moms, dads, students, and any bosses on the move! Include your kids for some family time :)
  • The first email with the welcome and challenge materials goes out Sunday, February 28th
  • Signing up while the 2-week registration cart is open reserves your spot in the 4-week course
  • Upon registering, please make sure your email address is correct. All challenge materials and communication will be going there




How do I access the challenge?


  • Once you've purchased tthe course, you will have access to the Tone It 4 Video Library where the workouts for the week will be added
  • Only the videos for that week will be live
  • New videos will be updated each Sunday
  • Your challenge PDF will be sent via email on Sunday, February 28th before the challenge begins. Please make sure the email you used at checkout is correct. That will be the email address used for course correspondence.
